AID BacSpot Robotic System is the automated solution for fast and accurate enumeration of bacterial colonies on different types of agar-plates that are used for microbial growth. This system is compact and is capable of handling up to 200 plates per hour. Each plate is recognized by a two-dimensional bar-coding system. The barcode reader enters the plate ID data into the BacSpot software.The system is designed for high throughput analysis and is suitable for large clinical laboratories, drug discovery programs, environmental monitoring, food and cosmetics industrial laboratories.
